Returns Policy

All items excluding consumables such as strings, etc are covered by a 12 month return to base warranty unless stated otherwise in the product details.

All items are covered by a 7 day money back guarantee from the day of receipt. We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase but for whatever reason you are unhappy with your item please email us and we will respond with details for the return.
Items returned under the 7 day money back guarantee are the responsibility of the customer until safely received by us.
All items returned must be fully complete in original condition, in the original packaging with all labels and instructions. Refunds will be made  once the item has been fully checked and inspected. Refunds will be for the price of the item excluding any shipping or associated costs

Items faulty or damaged on receipt must be reported by email within 1 working day from receipt. Returns will be free of charge to the customer once the return has been agreed.

Faulty items will be exchanged or a refund offered. Please report to us by email with 28 days. For faulty items outside 28 days, please contact us by email and we will provide instructions for the return. The return to us will be at the customers cost and we will pay the return shipping.

Items returned as faulty but found to be working on receipt will have a charge for re-sending the item applied.
