About Us

Newcastle Music have been in business as a musical instrument dealer since 1989 and is an independent family business run by ex-professional musicians who understand your necessity for correct advice, professional service, fast delivery and backup if things go wrong. We do not have a chain of stores, only one, with all the expertise, stock and customer care you need, all under one roof. Our shop is located in Newcastle upon Tyne, in the North East of England.

You can visit our shop which is located in one of the oldest parts of the city at 71 Westgate Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 1SG.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
